Welcome to Wild at Heart Yoga and wellbeing, a place for you to discover and explore yoga your way.
This yoga is inclusive and teaches you to acknowledge your own unique body and discover your flow.
I offer a range of classes to build community for adults, children and families, in fact anyone who
wants to try yoga in a fun safe way is warmly welcomed.
I have been practising Yoga for over 20 years and decided to train as a yoga teacher in 2018. I am also a qualified nutritionist, primary school teacher and children's and family yoga teacher.

Great news, we are back to in person workshops and classes - please contact me if you would like to arrange a school or workplace workshop.
I also offer a video yoga course for you to complete in your own time, in the comfort of your own home.
